Live, client project
WhatsApp AI agent for a real-estate company in Mexico
Customers message the company on WhatsApp. The agent replies, finds matching properties and books a site visit.
- Talks in Spanish or English, whichever the customer uses
- Searches their live property listings and checks free calendar slots
- Finds the lead in Kommo CRM by phone number, then updates it or creates a new one
- Knows when a customer came from a Facebook or Instagram ad

AI Tutor (my own product, built alone)
A tutor for CBSE Class 8–12 Maths and Science. It talks, writes notes and draws diagrams on a whiteboard, asks questions and answers doubts.
- Uses Gemini, Groq and Claude. If one fails, it moves to the next. Daily spend limits keep costs close to zero
- Diagrams come from my own SVG templates (about 16 for physics and maths), not AI images, so they're always correct
- Numeric and maths answers are checked with a small Python/SymPy service, not by asking the AI
- Admin panel for content and analytics, Playwright tests, runs on my own VPS
