A WhatsApp bot for a real-estate agency in Mexico. It answers property questions in Spanish and English at any hour, remembers the conversation, and shows live listings pulled from their property site. I built the whole thing and set up the server myself.

A CRM for loans that tracks each lead from first contact through document checks, credit check, and approval, all the way to disbursement. Admins get a dashboard to see conversions and assign leads to agents.

A school management system I built and run myself. It handles admissions, attendance, fees, timetable, and results, with separate logins and views for admins, teachers, and parents.
